Payment Types

First off, all payments must be done in USD funds, meaning US Dollars, and all payments must be received within 7 days of the order. I accept the the following forms of payment as long as the conditions of each are followed:

• Credit Card - PowerAnime.com accepts all major forms of credit cards including VISA (preferred), Master Card, Diner's Club, Discover, and JCB. We DO NOT accept American Express.

  International customers who wish to make an order for over $100 must pay via Paypal or International Money Order. Unfortunately, due to an increase in fraud attempts from overseas, we must request this payment structure for security reasons to help protect customers and ourselves.

• PayPal - All PayPal Payments can be made out to: reggie@poweranime.com. You can click HERE to be taken to the payment page. Of course, if you want to use PayPal, you need to sign up for an account. Customers paying by PayPal must have the account account at least in 'Verified' status ('Non-US Verified' status if not in the US). Otherwise the payment will be denied, and I'd hate to do that!

• Money Order/Cashier's Checks/Bank Wire Notes - We will only accept MO's or Cashier's Checks that are from a recognized American national bank (ie Bank of America, Chase Manhattan) or Postal Money Order which can be purchased at most post offices.

• Personal Checks - We will accept personal checks as long as the currency is in US Dollars. Please understand that we may need to hold your check for up to 10 days after receiving it before sending the associated order out. make checks payable to: PowerAnime

In the event that you need to send payment to us, all MO's, Cashier's Checks, or Personal Checks must be written out to the following address:

Ebay Winners

Currently, all Ebay winners will be instructed and processed on a case-by-case basis. After winning an action, please wait until recieving an email requesting confirmation of your winnings. At that time, send your method of payment and mailing address to Reggie@PowerAnime.com.

Late Payments

If 7 days pass after an order had been placed and payment has not been received, the items on the order will be put back online for customer purchase, and the order will fall under the status of 'Late Payment'. If the payment is received after the alotted time, if the items are still available, the order will be fulfilled. However, if the items are sold out, the late payment received will be promptly refunded.

Limited Qty Available

If an item you are purchasing has the phrase 'Limited Qty Available' next to it, PowerAnime only has a small amount of these items left and might not be able to fulfill your entire order. Though we at PowerAnime do our best to keep popular items in stock, some products become so popular that our customer demand might exceed our current supply. If you happen to order an item and we don't have the item in stock, we will email you the available options for finding and sending the product out to you as soon as possible, or you can opt to stop payment for that item on that order. We apologize in advance if this unfortunate incident happens to you, but rest assured that we, in the end, aim to please.

PREORDERS

If an item you are purchasing has the phrase 'PREORDER' next to it, PowerAnime is giving the buyer the opportunity to purchase items before the item is stocked at our facilities. There is an approximate ship date for all items on Preorder, but this date may change due to manufacturer or supplier circumstances. Updates on the item can be seen in the items' descriptions. Orders that have items marked PREORDER on them will not be shipped until all items from that order are fulfilled. If the buyer wishes to receive other instock items sooner than the desired preordered items, then two order need to be filled out separately (one for the items that are in stock, and one for the preorded items).
NOTE ADDED 5/8/2006: All preorders bought by credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed. We do not hold customer credit card information for placing delayed transactions for general customer safety. As with all preorders, if the payment is done by credit card or payment is sent in advance of the product actually arriving, those customer will get priority when the shipment arrives.

Preowned Items

Some items available in the PowerAnime Store are marked as PREOWNED in the item's 'Features' list, and have been previously used by someone before. These items are sold on an 'as is' basis and are non-refundable. If you have any inquiries about a particular preowned item, please email Reggie@PowerAnime.com with them BEFORE completing an order for it.

SHIPPING

Currently, all orders are normally shipped between 1-3 days from being placed, but may take longer in the event that we need to contact our distributor for more stock as in some cases, we run out and our system shows what our distributors are offering. Customers paying by personal check need to allow up to 7 business days in addition to the standard ship out time for clearance before the order is shipped.

Shipping Rates for orders are as follows:

Domestic orders within the United States

• All orders are shipped via USPS Priority/1st Class Mail Service with Delivery Confirmation
• All orders up to 1 lbs. ship at $6.89 (Delivery Confirmation and Packaging Materials included)
• For each pound after, an additional $4.10 will be added (i.e. Shipping for 4 lbs. Order = $6.89 + [3 x $4.10] = $19.19)
• For orders greater than $100 in value including tax, insurance will be added at a rate starting at $2.20 with an additonal $1.20 added for every $100 dollar increment within the order subtotal including tax (i.e. For an order with a subtotal including tax of $125, $2.20 will be added to the overall shipping charge plus an additional $1.20 for the 1 increment [$125/$100 = 1 R 25]

• All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International
• Orders sent via Priority Mail International have the following shipping protocol
• All orders up to 1 lbs. will be shipped at $25 (Packaging Material included)
• For each pound after, an addtional $7 will be added (i.e. Shipping for 4 lbs. Order = $25 + [3 x $7] = $46)
• For orders greater than $100 in value including tax, insurance will be added at a rate starting at $3.40 with an additonal $1.20 added for every $100 dollar increment within the order subtotal including tax (i.e. For an order with a subtotal including tax of $125, $3.40 will be added to the overall shipping charge plus an additional $1.20 for the 1 increment [$125/$100 = $1.20 R 25]
• Should an order have items small enough to fit in a Flat Rate service package, we will manually adjust the price and refund any significant difference in price (save you money!)

• All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International
• Orders sent via Priority Mail International have the following shipping protocol
• All orders up to 1 lbs. will be shipped at $34 (Packaging Material included)
• For each pound after, an addtional $7 will be added (i.e. Shipping for 4 lbs. Order = $29 + [3 x $7] = $50)
• For orders greater than $100 in value including tax, insurance will be added at a rate starting at $3.40 with an additonal $1.20 added for every $100 dollar increment within the order subtotal including tax (i.e. For an order with a subtotal including tax of $125, $3.40 will be added to the overall shipping charge plus an additional $1.20 for the 1 increment [$125/$100 = $1.20 R 25]

Additional Fees for International Customers

Some countries may require additional custom fees or taxes for importing goods into their land. PowerAnime.com leaves it up to the customer to take care of any additional fees that may be applied after the order leaves the PowerAnime.com Shipment Facility. Please make sure to check with your local country policies on importing goods before you place an order if you are unsure.

RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

If a product is defective in any way when received, excluding items denoted as PREOWNED, the customer is entitled to an exchange replacement of the product, or store credit if the product is not readily available. The defective product must be shipped back to PowerAnime at the customer's expense before any replacement is sent out or credit is issued to the customer. All returns MUST be done within 7 days of receiving the item, otherwise the sale is final and non-returnable. Sorry, no cash, check, or credit refunds.

We reserve the right to refuse service and reject any order request or payment that I deem deserving mainly as a precautionary measure to preventing fraud or any other illegal activity.
